We would know where we’re going

We walk into the future just like blood cells flow towards the organs – without knowing why. If these cells had our intelligence, they would know where they’re going, and what for. Similarly, if our intelligence was as complex and sophisticated as that of a supposed hyper-life, we would ourselves know towards what we’re moving and why.

What if there was some kind of purpose to all this? What if our consciousness, apparently so unique within the natural realm, had been instilled into us to set the foundation for something else? Of this very hyper-life, for example – or in order to provide this universe with the faculty to understand other, parallel ones?
